It was sad to see that, after I last saw Loco 6 months ago, he still hasn’t been adopted and is still stressed. Loco is such a joy to be around. But he has that heartbreaking look in his eyes pleading you to help him. Wondering what he’s done wrong. He’s very affectionate and a bit goofy at times.

Loco is medium sized and approx 2.5-3 years old and the shelter have been working on his leash training, sit, and down. This boy thrives on love and reassurance. Any fosterer or adopter needs to be willing to put the work in to train him (he’s very food oriented) - as is standard for any rescue dog.

We don’t know about Loco’s background but we do know that the situation he has found himself in is very upsetting for him. This leads us to believe that he once knew not only a home but perhaps a proper family.

Any children should be 10+ due to Loco’s strength. Even though he is only medium sized, he is a strong boy.

If he is to be homed with another dog then they need to be female or a non-dominant male. He currently shares his kennel with a female.

Loco has a full bill of health, is vaccinated, castrated, and tested for infectious diseases. He can be adopted in the UK or Cyprus.
