Sometimes the most beautiful souls are the ones life hasn’t been fair to — and Max is one of them.

Max is a medium‑sized crossbreed with every single thing you could ever hope for in a best friend. Energetic, playful, endlessly friendly with people and other dogs — he is joy wrapped in fur, waiting for someone to finally choose him.

But Max’s story didn’t begin with heartbreak. It began with hope.
He was loved, he was wanted — but he was simply too young and too much for his previous owner to manage. Through no fault of his own, he was handed over with the hope that someone else could give him the life he deserves. And despite that upheaval, Max has held onto his sweetness, his optimism, his belief that people are good.

His previous owners invested in him, and it shows. Max walks beautifully on the lead, knows his basic commands, and has lived in a home — so he’s house‑trained, well‑mannered, and ready to slot straight into family life. He travels well in the car, loves other dogs, and would thrive in an active home where adventure is part of the daily rhythm.

He is young. He is bright. He is ready.
He just needs someone to see him.

Max isn’t cat‑tested, but he is everything else you could wish for: loyal, loving, eager to learn, and bursting with potential. He is the kind of dog who will run beside you on your happiest days and curl into you on your hardest ones. The kind of dog who will make you laugh, make you move, make you feel loved in the purest way.

Max's ideal home would be with an active couple, single person or family.  A home in a rural setting that has plenty of areas to go for long walks, with a reasonable sized secure garden where he can burn off any excess energy that he has after being exercised. He would not be suited to live in a flat.  He can live with or without a resident dog.
