Newton, approximately 3.5 yrs old, large, crossbreed

Newton can only be described as a cuddly bear! He loves people, adores attention, and thinks he's still a pup. Despite his size he will try to climb on your lap for cuddles.

Newton is a stunning boy with the softest coat and the most loving nature. He’s incredibly cuddly, adores human interaction, and will happily lean in for a good neck scratch and cuddle any chance he gets. His affectionate personality makes him a truly special companion and it is a testament to him, given the situation he has found himself in.

Newton has been with shelter for a while and, sadly, no one ever came forward to claim him. Given his loving and gentle nature, we think he had a home before and had humans that he loved, even if this wasn’t reciprocated. Despite this, he remains full of love and is quite happy-go-lucky.

He is a strong boy, so he will thrive in a home with experienced owners. He walks nicely on the leash. Newton gets along well with female dogs of a similar size but can’t live with males or smaller dogs.

He’s not just looking for a home—he’s looking for someone who understands him, can guide him, and will give him the love and structure he needs to truly flourish. In return, you’ll gain a loyal, affectionate companion who will be by your side through everything. He would suit an active family (children 10+ due to size), single person, or a couple.

Newton can be adopted in the UK or Cyprus. His adoption fees are sponsored so, if travelling to the UK, we are just asking for travel costs to be covered. He is ready to fly. He is vaccinated, castrated, and has had a full health check and blood tests for infectious diseases.

Foster placement, foster view to adopt, and adoption all considered.
